Bro. Honzell and his family joined us June 4th, 2023! Bro. Honzell has been in the ministry since he was 18, first working as an R.A. leader at Nevada Baptist Church. In addition, he has served as Youth Director, Young Adult Outreach Director, and for 14 years as Pastor. He has previously served Ida Baptist Church and First Baptist Point. He has a passion for reaching the lost and is a community-minded minister who also teaches a Bible Survey Class at Alto High. He enjoys sports, fishing, hunting, and all things outdoors. He and Ashley have been married 19 years. They have three children: Von Wyatt (14), Lauren Elizabeth (9), and Caleb Truett (7).
